      Pros

      Swarovski provides excellent training and offers all the necessary resources to ensure that employees are well-informed about the products, which significantly supports sales performance.

      Cons

      My time at the company led to a decline in my mental well-being, resulting in depression. I was performing managerial duties while holding the position of Keyholder. Additionally, I was given false promises of promotion and unjust accusations from my managers. There was a lack of support and feedback from upper management.

      Pros

      The management team is refined and very accommodating. I loved my time here. I had so many opportunities to learn and grow through my experiences, and working with the team was amazing. Holiday seasons were stressful but never unfun. The management here really makes you feel cared for. Love the discount on most jewelry as well.

      Cons

      Scheduling could be volatile during holiday seasons, but that's to be expected for a front-line sales position.

      great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

      Cons

      micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
