You will not get paid the correct commission you earned. All of leadership talks badly about their employees behind their back and to other employees. They expect you to pick up shifts that are not on your schedule and will change your schedule up to the week before. They ask for open and honest communication but you will get punished if you critique their leadership style. They tell you that there’s chances to move up in the company but will hire outside people into positions above you with no explanation or notice. They will hire new people instead of giving the employees that want more hours more hours. They will want you to work more hours than scheduled at times, but then will cut your hours elsewhere so you don’t get paid overtime.
