      As it is California based timely communication is not always available and some times evening calls and emails are needed

With the time difference between the US and the UK, communication can be challenging when trying to align on projects. Nonetheless, the 2021 media product demonstration on Zoom at the Sweegen EMEA Innovation Studio was a huge success---- with accolades going to the applications and sales teams!

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial mind set where employees have an opportunity to use their expertise to make a difference; global expansion and unique technologies mean there are plenty of opportunities for growth; great team; every day brings something different; and the products make a difference in our world.

      Cons

      Need to be a self-starter, so this might be a con for someone who is more comfortable in a very structured environment.
