UnRealistic Expectations - Hot Prep Cook Sweetgreen Employee Review

I dont know if they still do this but when I was there they gave a salad stipend every week, which equated to nearly as much delicious farm to table salads as you can eat. Fun company open to new ideas and tons of really sharp co workers with backgrounds at some of the best tech companies.

Sweetgreen was one of my all time favorite companies and jobs. Only thing was that it could take a lot of prodding to get new big ideas out the door.
