The people and the products are good quality.

Overworked underpaid and doing things that are not in my job description.

Great benefits package. Fantastic work/life balance.

Poor marketing team out of touch with local markets. Weak executive leadership with excuses and contradicting written communications. HR rep based in NYC, will not take time to know employees he oversees, often mispronouncing employee names. Poor strategy; i.e. - upping first purchase discount to 25% at start of busy season rather than use as an incentive to drive traffic in colder/less busy months. Very little to no room for career growth.
