Pros
Easy to get cdl, a lot of accounts, decent trucks&trailers, if you get a good DM and planner you win, mechanics and small hand of drivers are friendly, clean terminals
Cons
No home time, no detention pay, many planners are not friendly and act like there god. Ask to go home on holidays being told no and being sat in the truck stop for the holidays with no load, no pay, no miles, planners have favorites, if you are not teaming or mentoring you will not make money, reject load for any reason will be sat down for 1-2 days
