Pros
will train anyone, good mostly new vehicles, looooots of work all over the place. pay is great after a few years.
Cons
if you're not on dedicated you could go anywhere, and sometimes there won't be loads back out for a while. pay sucks at the start. some Driver managers will screw you just to get a load out, it's up to you check viability. Knight-swift now. Will train and hire anyone, which means you are easily replaceable, don't mess up. they might run you till you mess up if you let them.
