Pros
Pay, benefits, overtime, good supervisors, ability to move around in the shop and learn new things, time off was never denied, most people there were good to work with. Meeting new people every day
Cons
Can be very stressful at times, this job takes multi tasking to a new level, Working out side all day at times in heat, getting in and out of trucks hundreds of times per day really takes its toll. Difficult to get help when you need it.
