Pros
Swift has lots of freight and several terminals across the United States. I enjoy having the Qualcomm and digital logs. Relatively new equipment.
Cons
Nobody knows what anybody is doing!! Even from the time a recruiter contacted me I have always felt that they don't REALLY know what they're saying, or the rules regarding certain qualifications, training, hours, etc.
