Pros
None at all. Lies, lies and more lies. No contracts, only loads from a load board. So you're basically a third party deliverer that wonders around America. Old out dated rusty trailers with serious maintenance issues and the trucks aren't any better. Pay sucks. Make more money cleaning toilets. Treat you like you don't have a life outside of trying to make this company a buck.
Cons
That they make you stay with them two years or you will have to pay back a 10k loan. Not worth it. Especially during this inflation. Can't afford food from the basic food groups from the money they pay you. Run. Just run away from this company.
