Pros
The only pro I can think of is they are flexible with the loads you can and cannot take.
Cons
Zero coverage on nights and weekends. Either no one answers when you call, or they take 15-20 minutes to do so. They don't have enough freight to keep people moving, yet they continue to hire new drivers EVERY DAY! There's a severe lack of communication between the office personnel and the drivers. Loads will get rescheduled and/or cancelled, and no one will inform the driver. When you do get a load, most of the time they are poorly scheduled, and you are sitting for a day or two (even though you could pick up and deliver it THE SAME DAY!) On top of all of that, they complain about idle times!! If you're idling too much, you get a phone call. It could be -12 outside, but if you're idling your truck for the heat (and so your truck doesn't freeze up), they complain about it.
