Pros
People are nice and leaders do not micromanage. A lot of corporate employees have been there for a VERY LONG time so there is a lot of knowledge of the business.
Cons
Horrible benefits and boring work. People walk around like they do not know each other. A lot of the corporate employees have been there a VERY LONG time so there little room for upward movement. Very stagnant corporate culture.
