Pros
1. Flexible working hours 2. Work from home if needed 3. Timely Salary when asked for 4. Appreciation / Hardwork doesn't go unnoticed 5. You could reach out to higher management anytime and they would listen.
Cons
1. Not a big con but meetings evening , but its a norm in IT 2. In some projects work life balance does get affected but I feel the onus is on the project not the company you can take com off . 3. Managers, It seems most manager's don't pay much attention to what leads and it makes leads reiterate things.
