Feels good to work for a family business

It gets a little hot in the summer but thats ok.

Complete disorganized place, manage by school boys with no experience no education counting only how to save money and make replacement parts with any quality and warranty. Rude management especially R & D department without any knowledge. Stay away or you will have cancer from this facility.

Zero benefits at all only for couple people on top.
