      Good starting place for entry level employees. Good place to learn how a 'premium' developer approaches the real estate business.

      Cons

      Decision making at the top level has led to slower growth in the business compared to others. Employees not rewarded for performance.

      I learned a lot here in the IT department. All the guys in the department were great and very helpful. Office culture at Swire is amazing.

      Not a con, but for me it was. - The commute to brickell
