Pros

Exciting product that can be an industry game changer. There are a lot of really good people that I really enjoyed working with.

Cons

The CEO does not have a clue about managing or running a sales team. She is selfish and doesn't understand how the success of your sales team should translate into success for the company. She sees them as competition and is always undermining them. CEO thinks she knows it all and constantly complains about the good old boys club and how men are... Well, you get the gist of it.

We appreciate the feedback and assure you that it was shared with the full Management team. Over the last two years, we have made several changes to how the sales team operates. This included hiring sales/business development leadership and reorganizing the sales team so they have more autonomy.

Pros

Switch Automation is by far one of the best places I have ever worked. I can really tell I love my job when I look forward to showing up everyday. The work is not only challenging, but fun and they have allowed me learn and engage in so many different aspects of the organization. The people and culture are great! My piers and leaders are always willing to help, passionate and care immensely about what they are doing. It is empowering to work with people who are so committed to what Switch is trying to accomplish.

Cons

Normal growing pains of a small company working to mature and grow.

Pros

A good product with a noble intent of helping reduce emissions and make buildings more efficient.

Cons

Has the same problems many small business's/startups do which is securing funding which leads to uncertainty and turnover.
