Pros
I guess the lively environment they try to portray.
Cons
Well where do I start? They are very vague during the interview process so you don’t really know what you are getting yourself into, yet if you don’t have anything to do or desperately seeking a job you’ll go for it a see for yourself. They tell you that you’re going to start off and the work your way into the follow positions within weeks to a few months: Brand Ambassador, Account Manager, Junior Executvie, Senior Executive. You get paid $30 a day plus any commission you earn. How is commission earned you may ask? Well you’re going to be going out into the “field” which is essentially a random area that is highly populated such as by the metro stations and you’ll be asking strangers to donate. Yep. That’s your job a salesperson throwing a sales pitch so people can donate. The hours working are ridiculous from 9:30am- 7:00pm. Mon-Sat. They try to tell you that you’ll be making a ridiculous about of money doing this, but just save your time unless. You have to be a certain type of person to deal with this kind of job. The turnover rate is extremely high. Definitely a Ponzi Scheme and the other person mentioned.
