Pros
Great people. Team leads really care about their teams. They try to facilitate growth and ensure folks aren't overworked. Awesome product.
Cons
It's a start up so not for everybody. Sometimes there is uncertainty in the things they try - not everything works out. Good news is leadership is open to change for the better.
