This company is merely a stepping stone. If you are early in your career you can come here to learn corporate like with no risk or getting fires. but do not expect much after.
Cons
Management does not care about employees. They will use you to get any deal possible while not paying fair compensation. Outside sales is only outside hires. No training, no KPI's, no expectations. 30 minute lunch. Office is quiet and boring. Owner treats you as a number not an employee.
