Pros
Wonderful work environment with management that is more than willing to work with your schedule and your hours. I spent three and a half years with this company in the Call Center and am entirely grateful for the time and experience I have gained here. As any company does, it is bound to have it's ups and downs however management does their best to ensure the team is heard and comfortable, especially during transitioning times. There is plenty of room to make a very decent amount of money with your general commission and bonuses they offer every so often. Commission varies depending on your sales and all, so it's not guaranteed but definitely a good motivator to stay on top of sales and do your best!
Cons
Inbound calls can be excessive a times, but with a solid team they're easy to tackle. Odd and uncomfortable calls will come in at some point, as it does for any call center line, especially with this company being geared towards romantic getaways. However, this is not a reflection on the company, just something that can happen anywhere and is best to prepare for! Not necessarily a con, but the hours tend to vary depending on the time of the year, which can be a negative for some.
