Great people to work with, management had an open door policy when you had issues. If you had problems the team approach to solving them was alive and well at Sycamore

Sr level management could not look into the future when it came to new products for the networking industry. They would buy new companies to increase revenues but most if not all never panned out to what Sr. level management thought it would bring in for sales revenues. Thus they paid too much for little return
