Pros

Company paid for my classes and certifications. I can bring my dog to work. 40 days off per year. Paid week off between Christmas and NYE. Ability to work from home and travel to multiple offices if your job calls for it. Hands off management style. You get to decide how you meet your goals. Bonuses.

Cons

Not really a Con but need to be the kind of person who is driven and self managed. If you expect someone to tell you how to do every aspect of your job then you should work at a bigger company. There's a lot of latitude to come up with ways to complete your work. Sometimes people use it as a way to be lazy and blame management because they don't meet their goals.

Pros

Sycle is a unique organization that operates on large organizational process with a small organization mentality, in the best of ways. Employees all have a voice and are free to express issues and suggestions. It's a way to truly have an impact on your team, the organization, and the product. It's an environment that fosters open communication and constant learning at all levels. There is never a shortage of work and constantly keeps you on your toes, providing never ending opportunity to get involved in something new. This is an organization where you want to come to work and do your best to make sure you're not letting your fellow colleagues down by not delivering your part - it's a great culture. It is also a challenging environment which is great for people looking to learn and grow in their careers. It's somewhere you can stay for years and never stop learning and growing during that time.

Cons

It's hard work so that's a con if you don't like working.
