      - Stability - Pay/Bonus Structure Decent - Comfortable work pace in research groups - Exciting projects that support up and coming aerospace sectors - Lot's of interaction with a myriad of aerospace and space manufacturers

      Cons

      - Can lack excitement of aerospace OEMs - Health Care options are not great for the cost - Young employees looking for more than just stability don't stick around - Communicating with European teams may require some 6 AM mornings

      There were little to no pros. This place is a nightmare. The management is the lowest you can find.

      Everything. This place is completely upside down.
