      Just a bunch of noobs

      Cons

      1. Package on job portal was 4.5lpa and got 20k/month during probation and was promised a raise which I got and it was only 5k. 2. Gareeb Company. Can't even buy proper computers. Everything is rented or provided by Client(I'm not even joking). You'd even have to pay for your tea. 3. People working there don't even have appointment letters. 4. I've heard from female staff about CEO getting a little to frank with them. 5. Office environment is like you're attending a funeral and CEO will start crying as soon as you enter his cabin. 6. All they wan't is cheap and inexperienced labour so that they can micromanage them

      Pros

      It's been only 1 and half month since I joined Sygitech and I love the way Sygitech as a company is growing. It's been a great 1 month, I must say. The best part about Sygitech is that you have every right to implement your ideas. People here are very supportive and very approachable. The vision of the company is quite impressive as I can see a lot of potential in the product which they are about to launch in a couple of weeks. I wish them all the very best in their future endeavours and will try to give my best to take it to another level.

      Doesn't have a Tea/Coffee machine.
