      Pros

      You learn how to be organized, professional and the basics of how a designer firm runs. Marilyn is hands on and takes the time to teach each person how to look for solutions! She’s a team leader.

      Cons

      Processes can sometimes be micromanaged. However for young designers this is a good learning tool.
