A few good people trying their best. Some interesting work if you’re self-driven.
Cons
Senior management is completely ineffective. They lack basic leadership skills, don’t communicate clearly, and constantly create confusion. The CEO sets a poor tone from the top. Decision-making feels rushed, inconsistent, and disconnected from reality. The culture is toxic and demotivating. Instead of supporting staff, the environment makes people stressed, unappreciated, and burnt out. High turnover and low morale are the norm. Good people leave quickly because nothing changes. Overall, the place feels disorganised and badly run.
