Pros

Here, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy unpaid overtime and a toxic culture of nepotism.

Cons

1. Compensation is difficult to justify when compared with industry standards. 2. Personal connections often appear to carry more weight than performance or ability. 3. Management practices can be inconsistent, creating unnecessary confusion for employees. 4. Limited opportunities for promotion or professional growth. 5. Taking sick leave can sometimes feel more challenging than it should be. 6. Long-standing workplace maintenance issues, including air-conditioning problems, often remain unresolved for extended periods. 7. The list is endless To be honest, there is not much more to say about the senior leadership team. Nepotism appears to be deeply rooted in the company culture, and it often feels like personal connections matter more than ability or performance. The CEO frequently presents himself as someone who has all the answers and understands every aspect of the business. However, there seems to be a significant gap between the image being projected and the company's actual leadership effectiveness. Many long-standing problems remain unresolved despite management's apparent confidence in its approach. There have also been instances where employees were spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by senior management. Some managers appear to have reached senior positions through relationships rather than merit, while employees are expected to accept increasing workloads and pressure. What is most frustrating is that these issues do not seem to be hidden from leadership. Senior management appears fully aware of them, yet little effort is made to address them. In some cases, these practices even seem to be viewed as effective cost-saving measures. As a result, employees often feel undervalued, overworked, and easily replaceable. Unfortunately, these problems appear to be part of the company's culture rather than temporary issues, which is why I would not recommend this company as a long-term workplace.
