Pros
- Great contribution to social impact. There’s a 20 word minimum for this but I cannot think of other pros.
Cons
- Extremely top down! With little room for employees’ input. From strategy to resource allocation to how and what and when work should be done. - No feedback loop in place to provide reviews about managers. - Undefined and unclear policies with regards to business travel, medical benefits, promotion and salary. - Narrowly focused investments.
