      Company is generating a large amount of revenue.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no direction, last minute fixes. Toxic workplace with people leaving or being laid off constantly. Low pay. High stress workplace. Expected to work in the middle of the night and weekends. Yearly raises are almost nothing. No chance to move up in the company.
