Management creates a culture of micromanagement, making it difficult to thrive or feel supported. Constructive feedback is rare, and favoritism seems to determine advancement opportunities. Salaries are below industry standards, and raises are rare, regardless of performance. Benefits are also subpar compared to competitors. The hours are grueling, and there is little regard for employees’ well-being. Despite promises of flexibility, the workload often spills into evenings and weekends. It is all about the partners getting raises not the employees!
