Pros
They really take the time to support their employees. Paid holidays, PTO, Sick days and they even do company events to get to know their employees.
Cons
Not the company particularly, but whom they have a contract with. Some of the employees you support can be a bit overwhelming and unprofessional ( well, in the call center). As a Tier 2 technician I have had nothing to complain about, yet. As the clients are nicer.
