      Great boss. Great company culture. Good hybrid work arrangement

      Cons

      Low pay. Low increment. New board of director global HR don't believe pay is that important. Could do better on inclusiveness on lgbt community. All talk about diversity but avoid controversial minority groups and topics in Singapore

      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)
