A client and service focused environment with an agile-minded approach to the future - evolving its products as the threats also change. The employees are viewed as a critical, valued component of the company’s success to date and for the future.

Cons

The current hybrid product model (part SaaS and part Service) is sometimes a challenge in the selling/adoption cycle. However, as an agile-minded company, adjustments are always in the works to overcome challenges.

Pay was good and unlimited PTO

In my experience, there were consistent challenges related to leadership communication, clarity of vision, and transparency in decision making. Changes were often made with limited context provided to employees, which made it difficult to feel aligned with the direction of the organization. Decisions affecting teams appeared unclear or not well explained, contributing to uncertainty and reduced confidence in leadership.
