Working at Synapri has and continues to be one of the best decisions I have made. They are a company that encourages growth and supports your development, the managers lead with care and empathy, and every day is different and engaging. When I joined Synapri, I had no recruitment knowledge and was unsure what to expect. I have now nearly been here for 3 years, been promoted to Senior Consultant and genuinely appreciate the opportunity I have been given and where it has led me to today in my career.

Simply put, there are none. The management consistently evaluate factors that influence culture, productivity, work/life balance, and overall happiness. They make changes to the business which are always with the employees' best interest at heart and always look for fun, exciting group activities that make you feel like you are part of a community and each person is a key member.

Synapri are a great place to work whether you're new to recruitment or have been recruiting for years. The management team are very experienced and can offer a lot of support to help you progress in your career. No unnecessary call stats - they focus on your end results and as long as you're hitting targets you have full autonomy. If you're behind on your targets, they'll support you to get you where you need to be.

Not specific to Synapri, but recruitment as a whole isn't suited to people who aren't prepared to put the work in and be open to constructive criticism, as well as having patience when things don't immediately go your way! Also would love a London office one day!
