Thanks for the review! We actually do have the ability to sponsor H1B visa's and are in the process of bringing someone through this process now. We also offer Vision and Dental coverage. We are working on providing more benefits and wellness education so this information is more readily available.

Pros

Salesforce consulting is a fast moving ecosystem and one of the things I feel sets this team apart is the willingness of everyone to pitch in on new or complex problems. We support a couple of industries and being able to get help with industry specific topics I've never seen before is essential. I can honestly say I trust the team to give me backup.

Cons

As a boutique firms, at times we have to go outside the organization to supplement our skills. I do feel however that we keep our focus pretty well. We don't just say yes to any project that comes along.

Pros

This company and team is amazing. If you have the opportunity to work here, you're going to be happy or they're going to do everything they can to make you happy. Flexible hours, work from home, free snacks/drinks, a very understanding management/HR team, rewarding work, helpful teammates. They have great benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield, they're fair with Holidays/PTO and are very supportive of traveling/taking vacations. We get reimbursed for several different perks including up to $30/month for a gym membership, up to $50 toward a massage yearly, up to $80 spent on a National or State Park Pass, and up to $160/year on adventure activities like golfing, kayaking, etc.

Cons

Can't think of any at the moment, they are so supportive of whatever you need and the CEO reaches out to you numerous times asking how everything is going, your thoughts on improvements etc. My previous job I met the CEO one time but never heard from him other than that and I worked there for 3 years.
