PCA has excellent benefits and everyone is very friendly! I have worked here for a long time and my co-workers genuinely feel like family. The staff is encouraging and they really take care of their own! The STARS recognition program allows employees to score free swag! Trilogy Perks gives employee discounts to local and national retailers, restaurants and even local and vacation attractions. Other benefits include health insurance (FREE insurance in some cases), vision, dental, 401K, dependent & employee scholarships and the list goes on! It really is a great place to work!
