Pros

Annual increase in pay guaranteed, competitive benefits.

Cons

Management only cares about looking good for corporate and will take on any requests and new work flow without a seconds thought to how the employees are going to handle the extra work load. The management team has no empathy and fails to maintain clear and regular communications with the technicians.

Thank you for taking time to review PCA! I am sorry that you are unhappy with the management of your pharmacy and the organization. It is hard for me to identify the specifics in your comments such as false promises and doing nothing. We are a growing organization and have great Employee Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction, we have added many benefits for team members over the past 3 years such as a free college education, 401K Match, Spousal Coverage for Insurance, free insurance for employees, a Tiered Tech Program. Our Human Resource person in Ohio has more empathy for our team members than any HR person I have ever worked with! I apologize that we are not meeting your expectations, I would encourage you to talk with the Executive Director, the Vice President of Operations or myself. We want all employees to be happy with PCA but understand that we will not be the right fit for everyone.
