Working at the Tampa location, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow alongside the growing business we have acquired, while having a schedule that is flexible support my work-life balance needs. The benefits we have, especially through the Virgin Pulse app, has encouraged many healthy habits, like getting my steps in! A great incentive about the app is exchanging your points earned for gift cards to places like Amazon.
Cons
In opening just 2 short years ago, we have had some growing pains while expanding the business. Although, we are so grateful for all the growth that has happened and the team work we've accomplished overcoming challenges together.
