One thing I appreciate about Syndell is the regular team discussions, everyone shares their project experiences, challenges, and ideas, which helps in learning new things in a practical way. These discussions are simple and interactive, so it never feels boring or too formal. It’s a good way to understand different approaches and improve knowledge while working with the team.
