I enjoyed the music and architecture/decor.

The work environment was unwelcoming, with some employees acting cold towards me. The managers were consistently rude, providing no constructive feedback and seemingly finding fault in everything I did. The constant picking on my performance made for an unpleasant work atmosphere, making it challenging to enjoy my time there. I would not recommend this company to anyone who doesn’t enjoy feeling ganged up on. Also inconsistent tip outs and late scheduling.

Motivated team with young and optimistic leadership, a breath of fresh air from the hospitality industry. More benefits than other comparable jobs, and a much better work/life balance. Work environments are generally positive and healthy.

A little unstable at times, part of a growing company perhaps.
