Pros
Synergy is a great place to work, the office culture is great, the people are all very cool and the office itself is really nice. As a recruiters, there are always a lot of jobs to work on and the clients we work with are typically pretty well-known solid companies. The Upper management and account people are usually available to help out or explain things whenever you ask them. The commission plan is pretty good. Honestly, you get what you give. If you work hard and do well, you will earn good money (on top of a competitive salary) and regular raises and you can earn yourself extra benefits like getting to have accounts handed down to you or do BD or be removed from some of the day to day reports or more flexibility to wfh fridays or a couple other perks.
Cons
They do want you on-site every day. Some WFH is offered but you need to hit a certain amount of commission, which can take a while to ramp up. Upper Management and AMs will always help but you need to ask them because they are usually pretty busy. You don't need to work at night but you always have to be kind of available in case something comes up and you need to reach out to a candidate after hours or on the weekend.
