We are not pleased to see you did not have a good experience with our company as we pride ourselves with being transparent and honest with not only interviews but also employees. I would like to address your concern of Synergy Management being a pyramid scheme/multi level marketing scheme, though. We have been in business for almost 10 years now and we are in no way a pyramid scheme, otherwise, we would have been running an illegal operation and would have been closed down/sued. You may be confusing that with direct marketing and sales. We do not allow nor accept payments for an employee to get hired or be on boarded into our company. We also do not compensate employees for recruiting others to build a team around them or recruiting others into our company. We have a Human Resource team responsible for hiring the talent we have apply with us online. An account management position with us is solely independent sales agents who have an opportunity to be moved into a Branch Management role and allows us to provide growth in the position. We also want to recognize your comment about little pay and little recognition. An account manager has the opportunity to make $250+ per account generated as well as plenty of recognition on Fridays when we do shout outs to the employees who are going the extra mile to excel in the company along with a myriad of perks and prizes. We do not ask of an arm and a leg, we are like any other company and recognize employees who do go above and beyond not only for themselves but for their trainees around them. We also pride ourselves on bonuses given out every week, hourly training, and monthly incentives, again to recognize the hard work our employees dedicate to Synergy. We also wanted to address the interview process. We take about an hour-an hour and a half to sit down with someone interested in sales/account management (the position you applied for online) to go over each aspect of our business and day to day operations. We also cover pay, benefits, quarterly travel opportunities, growth, as well as getting to know someone on a personal and professional level before we on board them to our team. We also go over any potential negatives you would have to face also being in a customer service position as it is not a field everyone is meant for or is comfortable working with. Our job at Synergy is to provide an incredible experience for all our customers, clients, candidates, employees, partners, and anyone else we have affiliation with.
