Pros

Very talented senior leadership that is very good at imparting knowledge and mentoring the younger employees. I was very impressed at the dedication that all the employees have in ensuring they do the best work possible. The culture is great, with a very casual, yet professional atmosphere. No big egos around when I was there. Everybody was willing to help if you have questions. Pay is great. Younger staff have opportunities to become shareholders if they show potential.

Cons

With a smallish junior staff, when it gets busy, it gets busy. It's easy to take on too much work.

Thanks for the review! It has been busy this year! We are working to get a better understanding of what is working and what could be improved to help with managing the site visits and paperwork requirements. We're also assessing our recruitment strategies to ensure we have the capacity we need. Hopefully we will get the chance to discuss salary personally at some point if you're comfortable. We make sure to pay higher than market to provide appropriate compensation for our hard working team.

- Lots of projects and fast paced environment - Practical experience and learn how consulting works - Nice people- work parties and events for socializing - A lot of senior and experienced staff

Cons

- Concerns about client retention when senior staff retire - most fairly old - Some managers a arrogant and self important - a little toxic - Compensation not great

I can understand your concerns, but please know there are plans to ensure our team has great relationships with the clients before any of our senior team goes anywhere. Our experienced leaders want us to continue their great legacy. It's tough to read about your feelings on our managers.
