- Training is okay, you'll really only learn by working with experienced advisors.

- No leads are provided, everything is dependent on your natural market and current relationships / clients.
- You're required to sell Massmutual insurance or Annuities
- They're technically a broker dealer, but you're heavily incentivized and even required to sell some massmutual products to uphold your contract.
