You get to learn what's hell

Cons

Poor management leadership. Hiring mismatch, colleagues are nice but they are not competent for the roles. Directors and managers has no idea how to run the company. Always threatening environment. Poor time allocation and instructions. Doesn't pay for claims, EPF and SOCSO!

We value all input and take all true comments seriously as we strive to improve our Company. However, for untruth or distorted information, we would like to make the following statements. 1. Statutory Contribution The Company is committed to complying with all statutory contribution obligations. The Company will assist the staff to investigate once the staff raises any concerns. We do pay all staff claims, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB. I am a member of the HR team in this company. If the company had not made the contributions mentioned above, I would be the first to resign from this company. Furthermore, our company has grown to more than one hundred employees, and this number continues to grow due to expansion. This does not align with your statement. 2. Work Environment The Company's working environment is safe and supportive. The Company has provided a comfortable working environment and facilities. Majority of the employees feel happy to work here because every peer is supportive to each other. Regarding the working culture, the Company is performance-driven and has zero tolerance for a negative, gossip, and politicized working environment. 3. Hiring Mismatch The staff’s performance is evaluated from time to time. For those staff who show passion for learning and growing with the Company and face challenges with a positive mindset, they will be trained and upgraded periodically. Based on our records, the majority of the staff we recruit are happy to work here due to the career growth opportunities provided. For example, I have grown from an executive level to a manager level, which is happening to other departments. 4. Director’s Resignation We have not had any Directors resign, and we are unsure about your definition of "Director". Please note that disseminating any false or distorted information can be construed as defamation or blackmail. We believe that mature and rational job seekers will use their discernment and intelligence to understand the situation and will seek clarification from the company.

- late salary since Feb'26 and many still pending their payment but management is being selective to pay...only pay those that "obey" and those exited has to chase and ask but no response from HR or the management - EPF, SOCSO was not credited for over 6 months and Income tax was a full year of 2025 not paid but they deduct from employee salary...so where does the money goes? stop giving excuse of using 3rd party!! If you really assigned to outsource, you guys don't even tracked if the money credited or not? - high turnover rate due to HR hiring without transparency, always hook people in and once on board they will include task that is not mention during interview or part of your job scope - HR blaming game is high and no one can be trust as they side the company and boss...they are trained to do dirty job (Irene & Pui Ying) - management always sugarcoat and never make changes as they only do things according their way...if you can't fit in or offended them, they will release you with immediate notice

Pros

Fun officemates, great supportive colleagues. Most of them are resilience, very understanding and keep things professional.

Cons

Management is a little weird, they somehow cannot think logically & keep giving unrealistic ideas and startegy despite executive advising them; moreover they keep repeating old mistakes eventhough the department have rectify it for them. Recently I heard it has started gotten bad again. & staffs arent getting paid since March. On top of that my eis and socso isnt being paid since last august but deduction is stated has been made on my payslip. suspicious where those money went to.
