Pros
feels like a family in most departments and kind of like we are all in this storm together, monthly lunches, bowling nights, coworkers are nice.. feels like a dream job. the new operations manager is great!
Cons
bad decisions, passing the buck, too many changes, poor planning, people get dumped on to fix other peoples mistakes, team looks good but its fake, CEO speaks badly about other employees openly, alot of gossip and if you stand up and say something you are the next target, HR tries to make things fun and good but too busy because she does other jobs when people leave, upper management disappear and no one can tell us why, DRAMA, we lose good people because they are treated poorly by others and the owner allows it. The owner pretends to care for others but does not. the CEO is erratic and can be very abusive to staff, alot of tunover, people dont stay long
