Pros
The people are fantastic! I temped with Synexus in Liverpool for 8mths. The only reason I left was to go full-time in to my business but I'd happily temp for them again in the future when my business is quiet. I was concerned after reading negative reviews but I was told during my interview that there had been a few problems with people in the company previously but changes had been made and any issues had been eradicated. From what I saw, they've done an excellent job of it because everyone I worked with was absolutely lovely. The manager in Liverpool and the area manager clearly have a real passion for the company which feeds down through the staff. There's such a feel-good factor because of how well they look after their patients and getting to be part of developing cures for illnesses. The sites in Chorley and Liverpool are lovely too. I'd highly recommend the company.

It can get busy at times but it's totally manageable and everyone who can help does.
