As you know from having worked with us, we have been through a number of changes in structure, leadership, and programs over the last 12 months as we have continued to develop our technology and advance our projects. Many changes result from evolving business needs as we have moved more programs into the clinic. At each stage we have been focused on continuing to move important therapies forward through the clinic to patients, and trying to build a great company to work for. As our technology advances and our culture evolves we will continue to strive for excellence in both, always with employees and patients in mind. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience but we believe that these changes have been required as our platform and company matures.
