A good place to waste your valuable time!

I worked here in the starting, thinking that I will learn many new things as this is the startup company. I did learn that- how to disrespect your staff, how to interfere in their personal life, how to divide the bonding of good colleague and how to make them beg for salary! I completely waste my 6 months here which could have been more productive in other companies. and such pathetic, that even after 4 yrs they are still getting reviews that management is worst. Well, there is only one man army show- The MD In other IT companies, they take effort too make a strong team, here he takes effort how to break team!! Clap! clap! clap!

there are no cons at all!!

Here you are not engineer, you are worker in the company, no privacy. MD think he knows everything but in reality, nothing. He has just opened a company of software and doing work of agriculture from them. and please don't expect salary, if you then you are gone.
