Lacks focus in action - too many strategies that change too frequently - Deputy Manager Syntegon Employee Review

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We very much appreciate your feedback on our technology-driven approach. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to continue to advance or steadily expand our leadership in the area of technological innovation. Due to the travel restrictions imposed during the pandemic, there was a significant decrease in delegation and cooperation visits to our European sites. However, with the easing of travel restrictions and opportunities in developing markets, we are in the process of training our engineers at our European Center of Excellence. Since the beginning of 2022, we have successfully trained several engineers in our product technology transfer portfolio, focusing primarily on secondary packaging machines, which show promising demand in the Indian and Asian markets. Our recently launched Grow 1 & 2 employee development programs aim to foster collaboration and develop the best talent within Syntegon globally. In doing so, we are addressing everyone individually to meet future leadership requirements as well as a subject matter expert career. Thank you again for your feedback which we will use wisely.
